Supplies childhood vaccines as part of the federal Vaccines for Children Program. Eligibility includes: - Children 18 years and younger and one of the following: Uninsured Underinsured Medicaid eligible American Indian or Alaskan Native Under this program, families: Cannot be charged for the vaccine. A small administration fee, up to $20.73 per injection, may be charged This administration fee must be waived for those unable to pay An office visit fee to receive the vaccine may be charged
