RHD's Shared Living Program has three service lines. - Host Home: Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities get matched with a shared living provider and move into the provider home. The shared living provider is responsible to provide supports and services that foster independence. - Day Services: Day service location in Sioux Falls that operates 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday. - Transition Home: This home is staffed 24/7 and operated like a group home. It is used to house individuals while they are matching with their potential shared living providers.
