Eligibility
Individuals must have a diagnosis of a developmental disability to access HCBS Funding. Children or adults who do not meet HCBS funding criteria can receive services if there is another funding source such as a local school district.

Special Education and Adult Day services: 9:00am - 3:00pm (CT), Monday - Friday

By referral.

Provides services and supports to children and adults with developmental disabilities by providing support, skills, and encouragement needed to achieve hopeful and successful futures. Services provided to program participants include special education, adult day programs, vocational programs, home-based instruction, residential living facilities, consultations, psychiatric services, medication management, counseling, and transition program.
