The client must provide: A Notice of Action from Minnehaha County or Lincoln County An eviction notice - Proof of income - Proof of income can include the following: Wages, self-employment, Child Support, Alimony, Social Security, SSI, SSI State Supplement, BIA GA, TANF-Food Stamps, Unemployment, Worker's Compensation, Section 8, Veteran's Benefits, Retirement, Pensions, Annuities, Dividends, Rental Income, Tribal Lease, Per Capita Income, Prizes, Money from Family or Friends, and/ or all other sources of income for all persons living in the home. Picture ID for all adults in the household Social Security numbers for everyone in the household Names and date of birth for all children in the household
