Provides individualized, trauma-informed coaching, mentorship, stabilization, and resource navigation for adults experiencing reentry, recovery, employment, housing, court, probation, or other significant life-transition needs. Support is relational and individualized and may include goal development, problem-solving, referrals, advocacy, and connections to employment, entrepreneurship, housing, behavioral-health, recovery, and community resources.
