BGCSE provides developmentally appropriate programs for children 4 weeks of age to 18 years through 5 distinct service models. Enrollment is through Community Learning Center (found at Sioux Falls School District website)

Early Learning Academy (4 weeks through Pre-K) is a licensed, fee-based Early Childhood Program in 2 locations within Sioux Falls. Scholarships available for families in need.

K-5 (Kindergarten through 5th Grade) is an After-School and Summer Enrichment Program serving locations in Sioux Falls, Brandon and Harrisburg. Programs occur within their respective elementary schools. Scholarships are available for families in need. No longer providing transportation back to the Empower Campus from elementary schools.
