Issues such as depression, anxiety, panic, life transition and adjustment (such as career, mid-life, relationship changes, aging), coping with chronic illness, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, job stress, issues relating to confidence, self esteem and empowerment, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), behavioral issues, anger, and parenting. Sessions offered in-person or via telehealth.
