An intensive, outpatient, 12-step recovery-based center for alcohol and drugs. Services are provided by certified chemical dependency counselors are available by appointment. Specific services include Assessments (walk-in assessments available), day and evening treatment programs, a separate adolescent program, 12 hour DUI class, Intensive Methamphetamine Treatment (IMT) - offered with state approval only, and a Recovery Maintenance Group. This office is located close to the SAM (Sioux Area Metro) Orange bus route.

Fee
No fees for adolescent assessments. Accepts insurance, private pay, Title 19, State and State of Minnesota Rule 25. SD State Funding: If a resident of South Dakota needs treatment and does NOT have insurance or has limited financial means, the person may qualify for state funding. The first step is to complete an assessment at Keystone Outreach in Sioux Falls (or another professional agency). The assessment is submitted to the State. The State determines the appropriate level of care (Inpatient or Outpatient) and offers appropriate placement. There are separate lines of state funding for the treatment of Alcohol/Drug Use Disorders, Methamphetamine Addiction, Gambling Addiction, and Adolescents with Drug/Alcohol Use Disorders.
