Fill the application forms. (Release of Information application, Pantry Policy acknowledgement) and fill the TEFAP application form if qualified through the income guidelines.

Providing one week of supplemental food, based on household size, to people in Clay County. It is a client-choice food pantry in which guests can choose food for themselves and their families to fit their health and nutrition needs. Residents can visit the food pantry one time a month. The Vermillion Food Pantry is part of The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP).
