Provides trauma-informed care using brain-based, evidence-informed approaches to support healing and emotional regulation. This includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), ART, and neuropsychotherapy

Other areas of training or expertise include working with veterans, first responders, healthcare providers, leaders, therapists, and individuals navigating mental health needs, in addition to women's health & hormonal support and sex therapy.
