Individuals, couples, and family counseling for children, adolescent, and adults. Counseling to help those who suffer from depression, anxiety, self-harm, post traumatic stress (PTSD), trauma, suicidal thoughts, grief and loss, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other issues. Provides assisted animal therapy, play therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Works closely with the LGBTQI population. Also offering services via telehealth.
