Offering acute care to patients with the following symptoms: rashes/minor burns or scrapes/bumps; UTI (urinary tract infections); cough; cold; allergies; asthma; fever; ear and sinus pain; nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea; sore throat; pink eye; and COVID-19 screening. Also offers Primary Care, Chronic Disease Management, Pre Surgical Visits, Medical Weight Management, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. Offers appointments via telehealth.
