Description

Provides home rehabilitation forgivable loans (grants) of up to $15,000 to income qualified homeowners to make repairs to their homes. Eligibility guidelines include the following: home must be in Beadle County and owner occupied; must be current on mortgage payments, property taxes, and homeowner's insurance; and must meet HUD income limit guidelines.
