Serves persons who are diagnosed with HIV/AIDS and meet income limitations.
Hours
Office is relocating in March, 2026. No submissions for changes or updates will be accepted between March 13 and April 6, 2026. In person service will also be closed during this time. Call or email your housing specialist with questions or concerns. After April 6, submissions will be processed and in person service will be resumed at the W. 53rd Street location.
Office Hours: 7:30am - 5:00pm (CT), Monday - Thursday.
Walk-in hours are available from 11:00am - 12:00noon (CT)
2:00pm - 3:00pm (CT) Monday - Thursday for anyone to talk with a caseworker. Office will be closed to the public from 1:00pm - 2:00pm (CT), daily.

Case management services available for both housing and non-housing issues Assistance with security deposit and other housing-related supportive services may be available There is a waiting list for rental and mortgage assistance
