Description

Individual counseling for adults and young adults. Specialty areas include, anxiety, trauma, depression, life change, relationship challenges, post traumatic stress (PTSD), feeling stuck, family of origin challenges, abuse issues, confidence and self-esteem challenges, fertility challenges, parenting, postpartum anxiety or depression, sports performance, and career counseling. Therapies available include, but are not limited to eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT), and solution focused brief therapy. Telehealth services available.
