The Wellness Collective is a group of clinicians that provide medical, mental health, and complementary services for people who seek whole-person healing. Provides medical, mental health, and complementary services in one location, by providers that collaborate care, to ensure the best treatment outcomes for clients. Services are available to all people of all ages seeking healing from mental and physical injury to improve health and wellness. Mental Health services include individual, couples, and family counseling, as well as testing and evaluation, and medication management services. Provides treatment for struggles with mood, substance abuse, grief, transition, parenting, trauma, relationships, and more. Also provides telehealth counseling for individuals in SD, and psychiatry services for clients in ID, IA, KS, MI, MN, MT, ND, SD and WY.
