Long term care services include 24-our nursing services, palliative care, memory assist, complex care, dining services, continuum of care services, and rehabilitation services.
Short-term rehab services include physical therapy, cardiac/neurological/orthopedic recovery and rehabilitation, injury and illness rehabilitation, post hospitalization care, pre-scheduled post surgery care, pulmonary rehabilitation, and complex would care with an outcome-focused approach.
