Domestic Violence Center
Offers shelter and services for the victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault; with the goal to build self-esteem and confidence so they may live freely and independently as is their God-given right. Services include Shelter, 24-hour hotline, food, transportation, counseling, assistance with housing search, assistance with job search, assistance with legal situations, and keeping all information confidential. Programs include Common Sense Parenting which is a step-by-step guide for raising responsible children and providing skills to help parents build strong, healthy families. Parenting classes can be arranged for non-English speaking people. Class times vary, call for information.
