Application process
Head of household must bring proof of Clay County, SD, residence and ID for first visit. Applicant provides information on application for number and ages of household members and other forms of income and support.
Eligibility
Must be a resident of Clay County, South Dakota or other South Dakota counties that have been affected by the June 2024 flood. Proof of address and an ID are needed for first visit and application. ID required for subsequent visits.
