The 24/7 crisis hotline provides support and direction for parents and providers regarding the Safe Haven law, including Safe Surrender locations, adoption resources and parenting support. The National Safe Haven Alliance also can provide direct resources to assist and prevent infant abandonment. The crisis hotline is staffed by social workers, nurses, and paramedics that have received comprehensive training and are able to support and assist parents and providers.
