Eligibility
The child must be at least 2 months old to be eligible for Early Head Start and must be 3 years old by September 1st to be eligible for Head Start. Enrollment priorities include low-income families, children with special needs/disabilities, and children who have a sibling already enrolled in Head Start.

Applications can be picked up at any SWO Head Start centers, and completed applications must be returned to the Head Start in Agency Village, SD.
