Therapeutic interventions include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), family therapy, solution focused brief therapy, Adlerian therapy, Gestalt techniques, Gottman Method, couples therapy, guided imagery, pain management, anger management, and more. Offering telehealth services. Prefer first session in person.
