Utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused and strength based strategies in treatment. Face to face and telehealth options available.

Offers free food to anyone 18 years of age or older. There is no restriction on who can come, or how many times you can come. A pre-packaged box of food in a drive thru style giveaway. Guests will stay in their vehicles and will follow a predetermined route via the north entrance of the fairgrounds off of Madison Street. Pet food also now available, supply is limited. Food (boxed) or pet food delivery available for those who cannot otherwise get to the giveaway on a limited basis. • Emergency Rental Assistance

Must be behind (i.e.: if rent is due on the 5th, come for assistance after the 5th). Eviction notice is not required, however, there will be a form the landlord needs to complete the verify rent is past due.

Provides dyslexia, voice, stuttering, speech, language and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) services for those whose concerns are developmental or acquired throughout life. Telehealth options are available where appropriate.

Providing food access for individuals and families in the Beresford area. Also provides services such as dry cleaning drop off and pick up, watch battery repair, health aids (i.e. crutches, walkers, canes, and wheelchairs), job services and area information.

Individual, couples and family counseling/ psychotherapy, forensic testing and psychological testing (personality, intelligence, achievement and neuropsychological). Groups include a grief group, COVID support group, adolescent support group, and chronic pain groups. Offering in-person therapy as well as telehealth.

Provides comprehensive supports (i.e. supported employment, residential, community engagement, adult day services, representative payee services, etc.) for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Investigates child abuse and neglect cases by working with the State's Attorney, law enforcement, and community resources to determine extent of alleged child abuse or neglect. Other services include adoptions, licensing of foster homes, assessment services, case management, and intensive family services. Mental Health services include individual, couples and family counseling, 24-hour QMHP services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management, school consultations, and employee assistance programs (EAP). Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. Services offered include individual counseling, chemical assessments, DUI education program, outpatient treatment, prevention education program, and a relapse prevention group. Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

Provides an evening meal for those in need. Meals will be served out of the Nightwatch Van. Meal delivery services are not available.

A public health nutrition program for income-eligible infants and children up to age 5, pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women. WIC provides nutrition education to help make healthy eating choices, breastfeeding education for expectant and new mothers looking to learn more about their infant nutrition options, referrals to connect families with quality medical care and other community services, and food benefits to help families purchase nutritious groceries at participating businesses statewide.

Services are available for boys and girls, ages 4-14 years old, who exhibit emotional disorders and/or behavioral problems. The average length of diagnostic assessment period is thirty days. The average length of stay for residential treatment is twelve to fourteen months. The Special Education School Program specializes in the education and treatment of children with emotional and behavioral disorders. Initial assessment includes psychiatric evaluation, physical exam, nursing assessment, educational testing, family/social assessment, trauma assessment, and speech/language screening.

Licensed, professional counseling for adults and children. All areas of counseling are available, including individual, marriage, and family.

Provides car seat installation and safety checks at any Sioux Falls Fire Station from 8:00am - 8:00pm (CT), Monday - Sunday. ​Individuals are encouraged to call 211 to register before arriving at a fire station.

Provides the food vouchers, prescription expense assistance (medicine only), vision expense assistance (eyeglasses and contacts), and personal care items (laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and hygiene items). Please note, there is a maximum amount of assistance available to individuals and families.

A 25-bed critical access hospital that also houses an 84-bed senior care facility and specialty clinic for visiting physicians. The hospital offers 24-hour emergency service, inpatient and outpatient care, and hospice.

Offers services in person or via telehealth.

Services include - 24-hour physician-covered emergency department, Diabetes education, Full-service laboratory, Medical imaging services, Digital mammography, Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, Speech therapy, Radiology, and Medication disposal.

Provides meat, eggs, milk vouchers, produce, bakery items, canned goods, bread and other items from Feeding South Dakota, local grocery stores and restaurants, and private donations to people in need.

The United Methodist Church of Madison has a long-standing tradition of a free community meal every Monday night. This meal is open to all.

Providing numerous learning opportunities for all ages including classes, Graham Academy Preschool, summer camps, and performance opportunities. Graham Academy Preschool runs late August - May and has 2-day, 3-day and 5-day preschool options. Summer camps run June - the first week in August.
