ICAP Emergency Services helps with emergency utilities and rent (Rent assistance is NOT available to those residing in Sioux Falls) for income qualified households. Must meet all requirements. Also offers food pantry vouchers to those who qualify (cannot receive SNAP).

Provides mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, groups, and families. Works with a wide range of client populations experiencing issues including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life stage changes, adjustment issues, relationship problems, behavior issues, substance abuse and recovery, grief, trauma, parenting and discipline, educational/vocational and concerns. Offers EMDR and Brain spotting for trauma treatment and recovery.

The Center for Disabilities LEND Clinic works to improve the health of infants and children with neurodevelopmental and related disabilities. The Center for Disabilities helps families who are interested in learning how to support their child's strengths and address their weaknesses and health care needs. The South Dakota LEND Developmental Clinic provides a free interdisciplinary evaluation to children who are between six months and six years old who may have a developmental concern. The evaluation is offered once a month at the USD Sanford School of Medicine Health Science Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Keeping children safe by providing child safety seats at no cost to families that meet income eligibility requirements to ensure that they are in the best child seat for their height and weight until they are at least 4'9. At 4'9, most children can safely wear a seat belt. Current South Dakota law states that any operator of any passenger vehicle transporting a child under five years of age on the streets and highways of this state shall properly secure the child in a child passenger restraint system, and that the operator of a motor vehicle must make sure that a passenger who is at least five and younger than 18 must be wearing a properly adjusted and fastened safety seat belt system. If the belts don't fit properly, the operator must find another safety belt system to secure the child (SD Law 32-37). This program distributes child seats to income eligible parents and children statewide, by assessing financial need. The communities listed may have local distribution partners. School-based alcohol and drug prevention and intervention counseling services for students and families. Services include: individual and group sessions, family counseling, drug and alcohol screening, tobacco screening, drug and alcohol assessments, referrals, aftercare (post treatment), and prescription drug lock boxes. Offering tele-mental health services. Must have access to computer with camera and microphone.

Providing free lunch for children 18 years old or younger. Meals on Wheels Western South Dakota are funding lunch at no charge for seniors (60+) accompanying their grandchildren. ​The Black Hills Area Community Foundation will fund lunch for adults (19-59 years old) accompanying their children. Horizon Health - Elk Point is full-service medical clinic offering the following services - preventative screenings, acute care, chronic care management, well child visits, men's and women's health, immunizations, family planning, lab/x-ray, patient education, care management, DOT exams, after-hours access to care, and Certified Application Counselors for the Health Insurance Marketplace. Also offers behavioral health services: medication management, counseling, case management, integrated care, addiction services, and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT).

Provides services for individual, couples, children, and family counseling as well as anger evaluations, and anger management. Committed to helping people who are experiencing emotional, psychological, personal, or family problems to increase hope and fulfill their treatment goals for a better life.

Provides a nutritious and kid-friendly package of food to children 18 years old or younger in need over the weekends during the summer months. Families may receive one backpack per child once a week. Closed on Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Oyate Health Center provides primary medical care, outpatient clinic, and urgent care. Additional outpatient services that are provided on site include optometry, pharmacy (Prescription Drug Take Back Site, blue drop-box by pharmacy), laboratory, radiology, dental, physical therapy, podiatry, and social services. Oyate Health Center has 2 sweat lodges. Please call for details. Oyate Health Center provides direct health services to Native Americans and provides contract health care services and referrals to those that are eligible within IHS requirements. This means that if a patient is enrolled in a federally recognized tribe or can prove lineage of descent of an enrolled tribal member; the patient may receive direct care services at Oyate Health Center. Prescription Assistance - Any Native American enrolled in a federally recognized tribe can receive prescription expense assistance at any IHS facility.

K-5 (Kindergarten through 5th Grade) provides care and programming outside of classroom hours in several locations in Sioux Falls, Brandon and Harrisburg. Activities are designed to meet each age level's academic, social and emotional needs. Signature programs offer additional options for character and leadership, health and wellness, sports and recreation and Education/STEM/Arts focus. Scholarships are available for families in need.

Pharmacy services include immunizations/vaccinations, refill/transfer medications, home medical equipment/supplies, medical alert systems, hygiene and grooming products, and over-the-counter drugs and vitamins. This is also a medication disposal site.

Provides individual, couples/marriage, and family counseling. Topics covered include depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), adjustment disorders, bipolar, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), child sexual abuse, domestic violence, marriage issues, spiritual issues, women's issues, church leadership abuse issues, Asperger's, social skills, self-esteem, bullying, and individuals whose spouses have addiction issues.

ICAP Children and Family Services include the following: Half Day Services: Eligible children ages 3 - 5 will receive 3 1/2 hours of center-based preschool, 4 days per week, September - May. (limited locations) EHS Home Based Services: A home visitor meets with eligible women who are pregnant and/or families with children under the age of 3 once per week for 1 1/2 hours (at a regularly scheduled time). Group socialization meetings are held twice per month. Child Development Center: Madison and Sioux Falls (ages 4 weeks - 3 years) can receive early childhood services and childcare each day year-round at ICAP's childcare center.

A 12-week support group for single/unmarried women with unplanned pregnancies. A baby shower is given at the end of each session.

Wednesday Evening Family Night consists of a meal followed by ministry for all ages. Family Night runs in semesters each year (i.e. Fall/Winter, Winter/Spring).
