Also provides CHILD services, genetic counseling, immunizations, diabetes education, nutrition, and travel medicine.

Home Health can help patients make a good transition from hospital to home, or receive the help and care they need at home. Services include physical and occupational therapy, medication management, wound care, IVs and central lines, personal care, light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) is a supplemental food program that enables eligible households to obtain a more nutritious diet. Eligibility is determined by income, resources, and household size. Lost, stolen, or damaged EBT (SNAP) cards must call customer service to report the loss of your card. You will need to enter the card number. If you do not have the card, stay on the line for a second prompt and press 2. Reporting an EBT card as lost, stolen, or damaged will result in that card being declined.

Wednesday Evening Family Night consists of a meal followed by ministry for all ages. Family Night runs in semesters each year (i.e. Fall/Winter, Winter/Spring).

First request for food assistance will be handled on a current needs basis following a short interview process with the coordinators of the food bank, the Pastor of Little White Church, or office secretary. An application for assistance will need to be completed providing contact information. A confidential record of usage will be maintained in the church office. Users of the Food Pantry will be provided bags of food for 3 consecutive weeks. This amount of food should help a struggling family or individual to get back on solid ground. Following the first 3 weeks, users of the Food Pantry can access usage of the Food Pantry every other week receiving 2 bags of food per person according to posted limitations. If there is a change in an individual's circumstances additional assistance may be considered at the direction of the coordinators of the food bank, the Pastor of Little White Church, or office secretary.

The Extended Care and Rehab Service Line includes the following services: Caregiver support group, spinal cord injury / disorder program, full suite of therapies, chiropractic care, integrative health services, adaptive sports, low vision and visually impaired services, inpatient community living center, pain management, whole health services, community living center, hospice/palliative Care, polytrauma/traumatic brain injury (TBI), geriatrics & extended care (GEC), medical foster home, and home health care.

Provides Public Health Nursing and Maternal Child Healthcare Services through various programs. General public health services include professional nursing and nutrition information and guidance on health, safety, and nutrition for individuals, families, and communities. Services such as influenza vaccinations and screenings for blood pressure, hearing, vision, and hemoglobin are available at a fee. Maternal Child Healthcare provides Infant Sleep Safety services, immunizations, and pregnancy support services. Infant Sleep Safety services provide education on infant safe sleep practices and link families to resources when the purchase of a crib is a financial hardship. ​Immunizations services are available for children from birth through age 18 for all universally recommended vaccinations including influenza. The Vaccines for Children's Program provides vaccines for children who are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover vaccinations, are Medicaid eligible, or are Native American or Alaskan Native. For families with insurance coverage, the Department of Health is an in-network provider for Sanford, Avera/Dakotacare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. ​Pregnancy Support Services include regular visits with a nurse to share information about pregnancy, to provide assistance in obtaining early and on-going prenatal care from a qualified healthcare provider, and to link women to resources they may need to support a healthy pregnancy. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown and Sisseton locations are also able to provide car seats for all ages at no cost.

Individual counseling for adults and young adults. Specialty areas include, anxiety, trauma, depression, life change, relationship challenges, post traumatic stress (PTSD), feeling stuck, family of origin challenges, abuse issues, confidence and self-esteem challenges, fertility challenges, parenting, postpartum anxiety or depression, sports performance, and career counseling. Therapies available include, but are not limited to eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT), and solution focused brief therapy. A public health nutrition program for income-eligible infants and children up to age 5, pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women. WIC provides nutrition education to help make healthy eating choices, breastfeeding education for expectant and new mothers looking to learn more about their infant nutrition options, referrals to connect families with quality medical care and other community services, and food benefits to help families purchase nutritious groceries at participating businesses statewide.

Provides mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, groups, and families. Works with a wide range of client populations experiencing issues including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life stage changes, adjustment issues, relationship problems, behavior issues, substance abuse and recovery, grief, trauma, parenting and discipline, educational/vocational and concerns. Offers EMDR and Brain spotting for trauma treatment and recovery.

Horizon Health - Mission is a full-service medical clinic offering the following services - preventative screenings, acute care, chronic care management, well child visits, men's and women's health, immunizations, family planning, lab/x-ray, prenatal care, patient education, care management, DOT exams, after-hours access to care, and Certified Application Counselors for the Health Insurance Marketplace. Also offers behavioral health services: medication management, counseling, case management, integrated care, addiction services, and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT).

The Club serves kids ages 5 - 18 with programs such as homework help, healthy decision making, leadership development and civic engagement. The Club focuses on 3 priority outcomes - Academic Success, Good Character and Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles. ICAP Emergency Services helps with emergency utilities and rent (Rent assistance is NOT available to those residing in Sioux Falls) for income qualified households. Must meet all requirements. Also offers food pantry vouchers to those who qualify (cannot receive SNAP).

Provides immediate shelter and crisis intervention services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, and child abuse and neglect. Immediate shelter services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Trained staff is on-site to assist with the needs of anyone with safety issues seeking shelter. Case management, counseling, advocacy, support groups, parenting groups, and activities for children are offered and provided. Meals are provided and personal care items and clothing are available as needed at no cost to the client. Crisis intervention services include crisis phone, crisis drop-in counseling, support groups, parenting classes, 911 phones to public, safety planning, referrals to community resources, assistance with filling out protection orders, and court advocacy. Applications available to help victims of crime apply for victims compensation. Individual, child and family counseling is available to victims of abuse. Public education presentations are available upon request.

A faith-based outreach serving Harrisburg and the surrounding area, affiliated with Feeding South Dakota and AmpleHarvest.org. Available services include food (offers meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, and dairy products), cleaning supplies, and personal care items.

Offers a free meal and fellowship to anyone who attend. Churches, Community Groups, Service Clubs, and School Groups are welcome to volunteer to provide, prepare, and serve those who come to eat. The United Church of Christ (Congregational) supports the organization by hosting a community meal every week.
