Community mental health center offering the following services: Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT) Group for adolescents and adults, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), individual counseling, marriage and family counseling, psychotropic medication management, domestic violence evaluations and follow up services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Outpatient psychotherapy services for individuals, couples and families for a wide variety of concerns ranging from mental health struggles to life transitions. Promotes whole health and improved quality of life.

Pharmacy services include a wide variety of brand and generic prescription medications, private-label, over-the-counter medications, vaccinations, home medical equipment, email and text message refill reminders, mail services, and pharmacist counseling. This is also a medication disposal site.

Investigates child abuse and neglect cases by working with the State's Attorney, law enforcement, and community resources to determine extent of alleged child abuse or neglect. Other services include adoptions, licensing of foster homes, assessment services, case management, and intensive family services. YFS Home-Based Head Start is a federally-funded, no-cost, parent-focused educational program that serves income-eligible families with children, birth to age 5, and expectant parents. YFS Home-Based Head Start strives to support parents as their child's primary educators and advocates. Degreed staff work with families in their homes to provide parents with tools and resources that increase their family's self-sufficiency and enhance their children's social skills and school readiness. Providing free lunch for children 18 years old or younger. Meals on Wheels Western South Dakota are funding lunch at no charge for seniors (60+) accompanying their grandchildren. ​The Black Hills Area Community Foundation will fund lunch for adults (19-59 years old) accompanying their children. Meals are either a hot or cold lunch including a grain, protein, fruit/vegetable, and milk. This institution is an equal opportunity provider. Eligibility is determined by income, resources, and household size. Lost, stolen, or damaged EBT (SNAP) cards must call customer service to report the loss of your card. You will need to enter the card number. If you do not have the card, stay on the line for a second prompt and press 2. Reporting an EBT card as lost, stolen, or damaged will result in that card being declined.

Offers reasonably priced clothing and household items to the public. Financial assistance is also offered for household items with proof of a current lease and a voucher signed by a referring agency.

The program assists with household heating costs for propane and fuel oil July 1 - April 30. For electric and gas, meter readings October 1 - May 15 are eligible for payment. Energy funds are distributed on a first come first serve basis. Applications received after March 31 will be processed for the next heating season. The program is designed to provide a supplemental payment to the primary heating cost of a home. Eligibility and assistance amount is based on household income, heating type and region, and number of persons in household. In heating crisis situations, such as disconnect for primary heating source, refusal to deliver or cash on delivery, eviction (if heat is included in rent), or furnace problems, contact the office for emergency assistance. ZoeCare seeks to meet the needs of women and men experiencing an unplanned pregnancy through free and confidential pregnancy resources. Services include Pregnancy Testing, Limited Obstetric Ultrasound, Pregnancy Options Counseling, Lactation Counseling, Pregnancy and Parenting Education, Baby Supplies, STI Testing and Treatment, and Abortion Pill Reversal.

Income eligible homeowners may receive assistance from Habitat and their volunteers on projects including limited in-home repairs for safety modifications including installing non-skid strips in bathtub or stairs, grab bars and handrails; exterior painting; minor exterior home repairs and weatherization.
