A community wide pantry (Brandon Valley School District) where individuals in need can receive an emergency supply of 5 days of food assistance and personal care items up to 4 times a year.

Services include physicals and annual exams, pre-employment physicals, wellness exams, athletic physicals, access to various specialists, biopsies and minor surgical procedures, urine drug testing, immunizations, patient education, preventive healthcare, and routine pre-natal and obstetrics care.

ICAP Housing Services provides the following programs: Rapid Rehousing and Homeless Prevention Programs: aims to help two specific groups - persons who are at great risk of homelessness and those who have become homeless. Services that can be provided include case management, security deposit and rent assistance. These services are aimed at helping participants to retain their housing, therefore avoiding homelessness, or to re-enter appropriate permanent housing as quickly as possible. Housing Repair / Rehabilitation: Provides a zero-interest, five-year decreasing balance loan for eligible homeowners to be used for accessibility modifications for persons with disabilities, in addition to making necessary repairs for health, safety and code compliance. Self-Help Housing Rehabilitation: Eligible participants will work with program staff to identify their specific needs and to create a work plan. The Program Coordinator will find the best funding sources available to the homeowners and assist them throughout the process. Weatherization and Furnace Replacement Program: Aimed at making housing for low-income persons more energy-efficient and less costly for the residents. The residence is audited and a list of needs is developed. The program provides the materials and pays contractors for the labor to weatherize the home (caulk cracks, insulate, weather-strip, fix windows, etc.). Furnaces can be repaired or replaced, if not repairable, through the program. In addition, some inefficient/high-cost non-operating appliances (range / refrigerator / water heater) can also be replaced in certain circumstances. Homeless Rent and Deposit: Helping homeless households get into housing. Must provide steady and reliable source of income. Applicant must agree to case management services.

​ A support group for anyone who has sustained a brain injury. Families and friends are encouraged to attend. At times the group will divide into a group for family/friends and a group for individuals who have sustained a brain injury. Call to be added to the mailing list. Provides Public Health Nursing and Maternal Child Healthcare Services through various programs. General public health services include professional nursing and nutrition information and guidance on health, safety, and nutrition for individuals, families, and communities. Services such as influenza vaccinations and screenings for blood pressure, hearing, vision, and hemoglobin are available at a fee. Maternal Child Healthcare provides Infant Sleep Safety services, immunizations, and pregnancy support services. Infant Sleep Safety services provide education on infant safe sleep practices and link families to resources when the purchase of a crib is a financial hardship. ​Immunizations services are available for children from birth through age 18 for all universally recommended vaccinations including influenza. The Vaccines for Children's Program provides vaccines for children who are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover vaccinations, are Medicaid eligible, or are Native American or Alaskan Native. For families with insurance coverage, the Department of Health is an in-network provider for Sanford, Avera/Dakotacare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. ​Pregnancy Support Services include regular visits with a nurse to share information about pregnancy, to provide assistance in obtaining early and on-going prenatal care from a qualified healthcare provider, and to link women to resources they may need to support a healthy pregnancy. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown and Sisseton locations are also able to provide car seats for all ages at no cost.

As a last resort/dire situation, sometimes this office is able to help with rent. For assistance, an application is required to be filled out in its entirety and there is a repayment plan. Each case is diligently researched to make certain any and all options may have been exhausted first.

Accelerate Center for Intensive Early Intervention serves: Kids ages 2-6 (with speech and occupational therapies; addressing areas such as communication, social interaction, regulation and coping, peer interactions, motor and daily living skills) Kids lagging behind developmentally with or without a diagnosis Kids with autism Kids with Sensory Processing Disorder Kids with other genetic or developmental disabilities Skills are addressed in small groups of 3-4 children in 2 hour sessions, 5 days per week. Many kids have preschool 1/2 day and Accelerate 1/2 day Daily contact and interaction with families following each session is encouraged. The goal of the Turner Syndrome Foundation (TSF) is to support research initiatives and develop educational programs to increase professional awareness and enhance medical care of those affected by Turner Syndrome. Early diagnosis and comprehensive treatments over the lifespan will lead to a brighter and healthier future for all young girls and women with Turner Syndrome.

Provides equine-assisted counseling conducted in an arena with a team including a mental health professional, an equine professional, and one or more horses for individuals, couples, families, or groups. Specializing in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), moral injury, trauma, addiction, grief and loss, abuse, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. Team building and professional development workshops are also available.

Head Start is a comprehensive child development program designed to assist families and their children during the developmental years of 3-5 years of age. The program provides for health care services, educational services, and special needs services for the enrolled child and the opportunity for parents to be engaged in the decision making processes that affect their child's readiness for school.
