Rides must be scheduled at least one day in advance of your appointment. Reservations are accepted from 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday. Cost per one way ride is $3.00 and cash is accepted by drivers. Drivers do not carry change. 10 ride and 20 ride punch cards are available for purchase.
Paratransit Services are available to persons with disabilities at the rate of $3.00 per ride, and features curb-to-curb service. Special certifications are not required for visitors with disabilities. 50% of buses are wheelchair accessible.
Provides shuttle service to Summit, SD to meet up with Jefferson Bus Lines for long distance trips, with stops in Groton and Webster for passengers. Currently operates on Monday, Thursday, and Friday of each week.

American's with Disabilities Act: Serves as educators and consultants for contractors, businesses, organizations, and individuals regarding the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and its guidelines and requirements.
Assistive Daily Living Services: Provides services for people ages 18 and older, with physical disabilities affecting all four limbs, who need assistance with daily living activities. Services include program education and support and personal attendant services.
Home Again South Dakota: Provides options for older adults and/or people with disabilities living in nursing homes, hospitals, or long-term care facilities to enable them to successfully return to their homes and communities. Helps individuals identify barriers to living on their own, helps them find a place to live that meets their needs, and helps them find the services and supports they need to continue living independently.

Hillsview Municipal Golf course is a par 72 course set along the bluffs of the Missouri river in Pierre, S.D. The course features bent grass greens, bluegrass fairways and tees. It offers four sets of tees based on playing ability: Black, gold, silver and white. The Clubhouse is full-service facility featuring a pro-shop, snack bar, grill and seating for 80.
A kid's course is also marked out with yellow disks located in the fairways. The maximum yardage from the tips of the course is 6,735 yards.
Hillsview practice facility offers a driving range, two putting greens, and a 50 yard short game chipping green area with practice sand bunker.
