HAPI's purpose is to facilitate very low to moderate income households in securing and/or refurbishing good quality, affordable housing. Provides no-cost Home Buyer Education classes, closing cost assistance, home repair/rehabilitation grants, and builds a variety of houses in the moderate income price range.

Provides counseling services for addictions, anxiety, depression, Bi-polar Personality Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and other mental health diagnoses through a trauma focused Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) technique. All sessions are held via telehealth.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

Providing services and resources for Houseless Relatives including mail distribution to receive mail and packages once an individual completes a mail registration form, a Clothing Closet with essential clothing and personal items when available, daily access to Showers & Laundry (on a first-come, first-served basis), daily meal, food bags, and a Resource Center with computer and phone access for job applications, housing applications, and other resources. Housing Resources is an access point for Coordinated Entry.

Offers shelter and services for the victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault; with the goal to build self-esteem and confidence so they may live freely and independently as is their God-given right. Services include shelter, 24-hour hotline, food, transportation, counseling, assistance with housing search, assistance with job search, assistance with legal situations, and keeping all information confidential. ​Support group available for victims of abuse and sexual assault facilitated by a licensed counselor for those who have left the abuser, are still living with the abuser but need help to survive, and for those who need to know what to do next. Programs include Common Sense Parenting which is a step-by-step guide for raising responsible children and providing skills to help parents build strong, healthy families. Parenting classes can be arranged for non-English speaking people. Class times vary, call for information.

Primary care clinic providing family and internal medicine to those without insurance. Specifically, treating chronic and acute conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, indigestion, physicals, colds/cough/flu, eat and throat infections, sexually transmitted disease screening and treatment, and immunizations.

General public health services include professional nursing and nutrition information and guidance on health, safety, and nutrition for individuals, families, and communities. Services such as influenza vaccinations and screenings for blood pressure, hearing, vision, and hemoglobin are available at a fee. Maternal Child Healthcare provides Infant Sleep Safety services, immunizations, and pregnancy support services. Infant Sleep Safety services provide education on infant safe sleep practices and link families to resources when the purchase of a crib is a financial hardship. ​Immunizations services are available for children from birth through age 18 for all universally recommended vaccinations including influenza. The Vaccines for Children's Program provides vaccines for children who are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover vaccinations, are Medicaid eligible, or are Native American or Alaskan Native. For families with insurance coverage, the Department of Health is an in-network provider for Sanford, Avera/Dakotacare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. ​Pregnancy Support Services include regular visits with a nurse to share information about pregnancy, to provide assistance in obtaining early and on-going prenatal care from a qualified healthcare provider, and to link women to resources they may need to support a healthy pregnancy. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown and Sisseton locations are also able to provide car seats for all ages at no cost.

Horizon Health - Huron is full-service medical clinic offering the following services - preventative screenings, acute care, chronic care management, well child visits, men's and women's health, immunizations, family planning, lab/x-ray, prenatal care, patient education, care management, DOT exams, immigration physicals, after-hours access to care, and Certified Application Counselors for the Health Insurance Marketplace. Horizon Health - Huron also offers behavioral health services: medication management, counseling, case management, integrated care, addiction services, and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT). The Center for Disabilities LEND Clinic works to improve the health of infants and children with neurodevelopmental and related disabilities. The Center for Disabilities helps families who are interested in learning how to support their child's strengths and address their weaknesses and health care needs. The South Dakota LEND Developmental Clinic provides a free interdisciplinary evaluation to children who are between six months and six years old who may have a developmental concern. The evaluation is offered once a month at the USD Sanford School of Medicine Health Science Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Provides a congregate meal to seniors during the week as well as meals for people who are not able to leave their homes.

A youth organization that provides a safe place for kids to go after school and during the summer on week days. Members participate in a variety of activities such as homework help/tutoring, organized sports programs, Youth for Unity, Teen Center, and guided activities on character and leadership, education and career skills, and healthy living/active lifestyles.
