Mental health counseling uniquely tailored to meet each client's needs in a safe, non-judgmental environment. A variety of methods are used for treatment including EMDR, IFS, CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Adlerian Therapy. Trauma informed care is provided for adolescents, adults, individuals, couples and families working through anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relational trauma as well as other issues that occur throughout life. In-person sessions are available in the Spearfish office, or statewide via telehealth.
Intensive and marathon sessions are provided as an option for treatment as well as traditional counseling sessions for individuals and couples.
