Strives to ensure that all learners - especially English Language Learners (ELL), economically disadvantaged learners and minority students - have the supports they need to achieve academic, career, and life goals. Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute (CKRI) is part of Allina Health. Provides a continuum of rehabilitation services for people with short- and long-term conditions, injuries, and disabilities. The goal is to improve health outcomes, make it easier for clients and families to get the right services for their needs, and reduce costs by preventing complications. Programs include: ​Brain Injury Rehabilitation - Helping patients learn new skills to help manage many of the symptoms of brain injury. ​Cancer rehabilitation - Addresses needs at each stage of treatment, helping patients cope with the effects of cancer and its treatment. ​Chronic pain services - Comprehensive outpatient pain management services. ​Comprehensive inpatient neurological rehabilitation - Hospital-based rehabilitation program for those who require close medical monitoring and management of medical conditions. ​Comprehensive stroke rehabilitation program - Evidence-based treatments support individuals who have had a stroke as they regain daily living skills and become as independent as possible. ​Courage Kenny Kids - Offering physical and occupational therapy and speech-language pathology. ​Courage Kenny Spine Centers - Provides specialized, nonsurgical treatment for low back and neck pain. ​Spinal Cord Rehabilitation - Offers inpatient and outpatient services for persons with a spinal cord injury. ​Occupational/physical therapy and speech-language pathology - Providing outpatient rehabilitation therapy for patients of all ages. Orthopedic and Musculosketal Care - Providing patients with sprains, strains, pain, and fractures the care they need to assist in helping to reduce pain, increase mobility, avoid future injuries, and get individuals back to living their best life as quickly as possible. Community Services - Driver assessment and training, aquatics, adaptive sports and recreation, community behavioral support and vocational services.

A public health nutrition program for income-eligible infants and children up to age 5, pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women. WIC provides nutrition education to help make healthy eating choices, breastfeeding education for expectant and new mothers looking to learn more about their infant nutrition options, referrals to connect families with quality medical care and other community services, and food benefits to help families purchase nutritious groceries at participating businesses statewide.

BAHFH offers an opportunity of homeownership to families that otherwise couldn't afford to purchase one on their own. Applicants must have a need for better housing, the ability to pay an affordable mortgage and willingness to partner with Habitat for Humanity through our "sweat equity" program. Habitat provides homeowners with financial and homeownership counseling, opportunities to work on their own home, and homeownership with a payment they can afford.

Community outpatient mental health facility. Provides mental health services to children, adolescents and adults. Services include but are not limited to psychiatric care and evaluations, children's services, group and individual counseling, play therapy, aggression management, and more.

GROW South Dakota provides emergency assistance to help individuals/families pay for utilities, or other emergency needs. Specialties include: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, family therapy, children/adolescents, Autism, PTSD, military service or Veteran issues. Helps clients address and treat behavioral, educational, and relationship issues. Trauma Specialist certified in Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Certified School Counselor as well. Offering face to face counseling services as well as telehealth services.

Providing personalized applied behavior analysis therapy to those who have an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis, developmental delay, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, genetic disorders, sleep disorders, or other conditions. Services focus on skills like language, social interaction, daily living, and behavior replacement. This in-home therapy includes parent training and behavior consultations.

Services include emergency care, 24-hour ambulance services, urgent care, surgical, obstetrics, dental, vision, diabetic clinic, pharmacy, prescription assistance, Women's Health, and immunization clinics. Enrolled members of a Native American tribe can get free prescriptions by visiting their local IHS.

The Adolescent Crisis Care Center provides immediate, short-term care for middle and high school youth who are experiencing a crisis or may be considering suicide. Services provided are mental health screenings/assessments, observation, de-escalation/stabilization, and referrals to appropriate services. Also has Community Health Workers that will provide case management services.

Brings volunteers, contractors, families, and community members together to provide safe, affordable housing solutions for qualified low-to-moderate income individuals or families. Home Repair Project helps homeowners with minor to moderate exterior repairs and accessibility improvements to help them safely remain in their homes. Projects may include ramps, handrails, steps, doors, windows, painting, siding repair, and exterior safety improvements. Habitat Homeownership offers qualified applicants the opportunity to purchase an affordable home. Applications are accepted during designated open enrollment periods only. There is no ongoing waiting list. Services are dependent on funding availability, volunteer capacity, and seasonal construction schedules. Project availability may be limited. Note: this location does NOT have a ReStore.

Home Health can help patients make a good transition from hospital to home, or receive the help and care they need at home. Services include physical and occupational therapy, medication management, wound care, IVs and central lines, personal care, light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Food pantry serving strictly the Spearfish and St. Onge communities. Families are asked to remain in their vehicles and not enter the facility. Volunteers will gather the pertinent information and then deliver food items to vehicles. Services can only be used 1 time a month.

Provides nursing facility and assisted living services in a home-like atmosphere. Services include 24-hour nursing staff, dietary services, social services, activities, and therapy services. Also provides outpatient rehabilitation services.

Outpatient mental health counseling center providing 100% free services to eligible Veterans, active duty service members, and their families. Part of the US Department of Veterans Affairs but separate from the VA Medical Centers, with separate and confidential medical records. Offering individual, group, and couples counseling both in Rapid City and at a number of Community Access Points in the Black Hills. Also, a referral service and can point Veterans in the right direction for any information they may need in terms of accessing benefits, enrolling in VA health care, etc. Specialty is helping Veterans readjust successfully into civilian life, and provides counseling for a wide range of problems, from mental health issues like PTSD, depression, and anxiety to life stressor issues such as work-related or relationship difficulties. Provides free bereavement counseling for loved ones of service members who died while on active duty or Veterans who died by suicide.

Pharmacy services include compounding, immunizations, medication synchronization, Medicare open enrollment, medication services to long-term care facilities, and carries a wide variety of over the counter drugs and medical equipment. ​This pharmacy is also a medication disposal site. Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.
