Services offered include care for heart conditions, complex wound care, diabetes education and assessment, disease and symptom management, education on a newly diagnosed medical condition, home health aide, home infusion therapy education, home safety education, medication education, occupational therapy, pain management, pediatric care, physical therapy, postsurgical care, skilled nursing, speech therapy, and rehabilitation therapy while recovering from an orthopedic condition or hospital stay. They are most appropriate for individuals recently discharged from the hospital and are not fully recovered such as after surgery or new diagnosis, individuals recently diagnosed with an illness and needing education, and individuals who have a chronic condition that needs frequent clinical assessment such as diabetes, kidney, stroke, heart or lung disease.

ICAP Housing Services provides the following programs: Rapid Rehousing and Homeless Prevention Programs: aims to help two specific groups - persons who are at great risk of homelessness and those who have become homeless. Services that can be provided include case management, security deposit and rent assistance. These services are aimed at helping participants to retain their housing, therefore avoiding homelessness, or to re-enter appropriate permanent housing as quickly as possible. Housing Repair / Rehabilitation: Provides a zero-interest, five-year decreasing balance loan for eligible homeowners to be used for accessibility modifications for persons with disabilities, in addition to making necessary repairs for health, safety and code compliance. Self-Help Housing Rehabilitation: Eligible participants will work with program staff to identify their specific needs and to create a work plan. The Program Coordinator will find the best funding sources available to the homeowners and assist them throughout the process. Weatherization and Furnace Replacement Program: Aimed at making housing for low-income persons more energy-efficient and less costly for the residents. The residence is audited and a list of needs is developed. The program provides the materials and pays contractors for the labor to weatherize the home (caulk cracks, insulate, weather-strip, fix windows, etc.). Furnaces can be repaired or replaced, if not repairable, through the program. In addition, some inefficient/high-cost non-operating appliances (range / refrigerator / water heater) can also be replaced in certain circumstances. Homeless Rent and Deposit: Helping homeless households get into housing. Must provide steady and reliable source of income. Applicant must agree to case management services.

Food pantry for Hot Springs area provides a pre-packed bag of food, which consists of canned vegetables, fruit, beans, tuna, chicken, soup as well as milk and pasta. Clients also receive bread and meat items. In addition, clients may select from other items as available on the pantry shelves. This ministry is supported (monetarily and with food donations) by the community of Hot Springs.

Medical assistance programs include: ​Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP): Coverage includes such things as doctor, hospital, prescription drugs, counseling, dental and glasses. Insurance for children up to age 19 at no cost to the family if the income is below certain income levels found on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. If the family income is below 140%, the children may be eligible with or without private health insurance. If there is insurance, CHIP will pay the deductibles, co-insurance, and possibly some medical services not covered by the private insurance. ​Medicaid: Health care coverage for people who qualify. To be eligible for Medicaid, individuals must fall into a coverage group and meet certain financial and non-financial eligibility criteria. Thrift store is open to the public. Provides clothing and houseware vouchers for all members of households. Houseware vouchers are offered once a year and clothing vouchers are offered every six months.

A week long day camp for children ages 8 - 13. Gives kids the opportunity to experience water recreation in a fun and safe learning environment. Program is designed to help build skills of children with little or no experience in water sports, or to reinforce skills in children who are veterans to the water. There will be lifeguards, water safety instructors and staff to ensure the safety of everyone.
