Red Road Approach (RRA) men's and women's groups provide a cognitive and experiential curriculum on Native American/Indigenous philosophies, activating the spirit for individuals, families, and communities. WIC provides nutrition education to help make healthy eating choices, breastfeeding education for expectant and new mothers looking to learn more about their infant nutrition options, referrals to connect families with quality medical care and other community services, and food benefits to help families purchase nutritious groceries at participating businesses statewide.

Committed to helping people who are experiencing emotional, psychological, personal, or family problems to increase hope and fulfill their treatment goals for a better life.

Providing a free healthy lunch for children up to 18 years old. The Kansas City Street site will also provide lunch for any adult caregiver who accompanies the children. The Box Elder site will provide grab-and-go bulk items, multiple day snacks and dinners for children under 18. Children do not need to be present. The Health Cooperative is here to partner with patients to stay healthy and meet their health goals. An inter-professional team is available to offer early evaluations of adult health concerns. Also provides personalized self-care education that will assist patients in making healthier choices. This is not a replacement for a primary care doctor. Works alongside patients and their doctors to improve patient health. Team consists of registered nurses, a pharmacist, an occupational therapist, a physical therapist and a dietitian.
