ICAP Housing Services provides the following programs: Rapid Rehousing and Homeless Prevention Programs: aims to help two specific groups - persons who are at great risk of homelessness and those who have become homeless. Services that can be provided include case management, security deposit and rent assistance. These services are aimed at helping participants to retain their housing, therefore avoiding homelessness, or to re-enter appropriate permanent housing as quickly as possible. Housing Repair / Rehabilitation: Provides a zero-interest, five-year decreasing balance loan for eligible homeowners to be used for accessibility modifications for persons with disabilities, in addition to making necessary repairs for health, safety and code compliance. Self-Help Housing Rehabilitation: Eligible participants will work with program staff to identify their specific needs and to create a work plan. The Program Coordinator will find the best funding sources available to the homeowners and assist them throughout the process. Weatherization and Furnace Replacement Program: Aimed at making housing for low-income persons more energy-efficient and less costly for the residents. The residence is audited and a list of needs is developed. The program provides the materials and pays contractors for the labor to weatherize the home (caulk cracks, insulate, weather-strip, fix windows, etc.). Furnaces can be repaired or replaced, if not repairable, through the program. In addition, some inefficient/high-cost non-operating appliances (range / refrigerator / water heater) can also be replaced in certain circumstances. Homeless Rent and Deposit: Helping homeless households get into housing. Must provide steady and reliable source of income. Applicant must agree to case management services.

Provides pharmacy services such as OTC medications, immunizations, long-term care, diabetic care, vitamins and supplements, and is a medical disposal take-back site. Customers can download the PocketRx mobile app to set medication reminders and refill medications 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

Provides long-term nursing facility care, short-term rehabilitation, memory care services, and respite services. Services include but are not limited to assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, 24-hour nursing care, dietary services, recreational activities, life enrichment programs, and spiritual programs.

Provides pharmacy services including: immunizations and vaccines, prescription refills, transfers, and disposal sites; pet Medications, Medicare assistance.

Maternal Child Healthcare provides Infant Sleep Safety services, immunizations, and pregnancy support services. Infant Sleep Safety services provide education on infant safe sleep practices and link families to resources when the purchase of a crib is a financial hardship. ​Immunizations services are available for children from birth through age 18 for all universally recommended vaccinations including influenza. The Vaccines for Children's Program provides vaccines for children who are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover vaccinations, are Medicaid eligible, or are Native American or Alaskan Native. For families with insurance coverage, the Department of Health is an in-network provider for Sanford, Avera/Dakotacare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. ​Pregnancy Support Services include regular visits with a nurse to share information about pregnancy, to provide assistance in obtaining early and on-going prenatal care from a qualified healthcare provider, and to link women to resources they may need to support a healthy pregnancy. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown and Sisseton locations are also able to provide car seats for all ages at no cost.

Investigates child abuse and neglect cases by working with the State's Attorney, law enforcement, and community resources to determine extent of alleged child abuse or neglect. Other services include adoptions, licensing of foster homes, assessment services, case management, and intensive family services. Financial Assistance: Utility Assistance for past due and disconnection notices including water, lights, and heating. To be screened for utility assistance or for information about current eligibility guidelines, please call 605-342-0982. Non-Financial Assistance Programs: Food Pantry: For those needing assistance with food. Clothing Vouchers: For those needing assistance for clothing. Assistance may only be given 1 time every 6 months. Household Boxes: For those needing assistance with items used to cook and eat a meal. A lease must be shown to the caseworker in order to receive assistance. Assistance is limited according to what is available at the time. Pathway of Hope: Program for eligible families. Long term case management program to help families move beyond crisis into stability and becoming self-sufficient. Families will be required to meet with a caseworker to design a plan to meet goals, needs and objectives (ex. goal setting, assistance getting healthcare, educational opportunities, etc).

Physical therapy treats injuries and diseases using therapeutic exercise and other hands-on techniques that focus on alleviating pain and improving posture, strength, endurance, balance, coordination and joint mobility. Occupational therapy treats issues that arise from a disruption in a person's occupations. Occupation is everything that people do to occupy themselves, including taking care of personal needs, activities that allow one to enjoy life, achieving developmental milestones or work. Speech-language therapy addresses issues with communication, memory, problem solving, swallowing, sound production, stuttering and voice for all ages.

Clinic locations offer family care to Sioux Falls and the surrounding area. Provides a variety of services for family and primary care (including flu shots) as well as prenatal care and OB/GYN. Other health services include yearly checkups, treatment of minor illnesses, and management of chronic conditions.

Recycles donated clothing, furniture, household goods, books, and other items by offering them for purchase. Proceeds benefit the community by offering individuals with barriers work training and employment opportunities.

Offers grants up to $250.00 which enables clients to accept work that requires tools, uniforms, licensees, etc.

Pharmacy services include prescription refills and transfers, Medicare open enrollment, medication synchronization, immunizations, and free prescription delivery. This is also a medication disposal site.

A non-profit, pay-what-you-can cafe. People may donate for the meals by cash, credit or volunteer an hour for their meal. There is a $3.00 minimum to select an item from the menu. If individuals wish to volunteer for their meal, volunteering is at 8:00am or 1:00pm. Information for non-profits wanting to make a referral: Family meal referrals can be requested by local non-profit organizations 48 hours prior, details needed include: family name, contact number, number in household & distribution information. These meals include 3 meals for the entire family. Pick up will be available from 11:00am - 1:00pm, Monday - Friday Fork Real works with individuals needing to complete Community Service hours. Call to arrange a time. 'Day Of' Service hours needed cannot be accommodated.

Provides home health and hospice services to individuals and their loved ones. The Home Health program delivers skilled nursing services in the home, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and personal care of homemaking services. Hospice Care includes routine home care, continuous care, general inpatient, and respite care.

Collaborative, relational, non-pathologizing, trauma-informed. EMDR trained. Areas of special emphasis include identity transformation and development, recovery from trauma, mood and anxiety concerns, relationship difficulties, family dynamics, and LGBTQIA+.

ICAP Children and Family Services include the following: Half Day Services: Eligible children ages 3 - 5 will receive 3 1/2 hours of center-based preschool, 4 days per week, September - May. (limited locations) EHS Home Based Services: A home visitor meets with eligible women who are pregnant and/or families with children under the age of 3 once per week for 1 1/2 hours (at a regularly scheduled time). Group socialization meetings are held twice per month. Child Development Center: Madison and Sioux Falls (ages 4 weeks - 3 years) can receive early childhood services and childcare each day year-round at ICAP's childcare center.

Family Visitation Center (FVC) is available to parents and their children as a resource for families seeking a wide range of services in the process of custody and visitation litigation. The safety and comfort of the child is of utmost importance. Services include supervised visitation, supervised phone calls, safe exchanges, common sense parenting classes, and responsive parenting classes.

Provides services for individual, couples, children, and family counseling as well as anger evaluations, and anger management. Committed to helping people who are experiencing emotional, psychological, personal, or family problems to increase hope and fulfill their treatment goals for a better life.

Clothe-A-Kid helps families obtain clothes for their kids. Participants earn clothing gift cards for a local store by graduating from the Life INC program. Participants must provide official documents providing guardianship of children ages 5 - 18. This is a year round program available during every Life INC session (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall).

Offers mental health and substance use services as well as both family and individual case management services which include comprehensive child/adolescent/family services, comprehensive adult/family services, adult/adolescent/family substance abuse services, and outpatient psychiatric medical services. ​Walk-in assessments available during regular business hours and emergency mental health crisis support services available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Telehealth services also available.

Provides assessments and therapy for individuals, groups, families, of all ages. Services address alcohol abuse and addiction, sexual abuse, spiritual abuse, marriage problems, family problems, adolescent and child adjustment, anxiety, grief, eating disorders, physical abuse, emotional abuse, delinquency problems, parent-child conflicts, stress, depression, spiritual needs, and mid-life issues. Offers telehealth sessions only if it is covered by insurance and client is located in state at the time of the call. Preference is for the first appointment to be face-to-face.

Providing personalized applied behavior analysis therapy to those who have an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis, developmental delay, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, genetic disorders, sleep disorders, or other conditions. Services focus on skills like language, social interaction, daily living, and behavior replacement. This in-home therapy includes parent training and behavior consultations.

Counseling services include helping individuals and families learn to recognize problems, communicate needs, and change behaviors. Specialized programs include treatment for depression, anxiety, bi-polar, PTSD grief, trauma, life stress and adjustment disorders. Can provide counseling via telehealth for individuals. Preference is to have an in-person intake session, but Solace recognizes that this is not always an option. If the in-person session is not an option for clients, then will work with the individual to complete the intake via telehealth.
