Provides mental health therapy services for individuals, families, and couples dealing with life's challenges. Offers marriage, grief/bereavement, couples, adolescent/youth, parent, and telehealth counseling. Also provides mental health screening and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Provides subsidized housing assistance to low income families. Preference is given to elderly, disabled, and those experiencing domestic violence situations. Family Self Sufficiency Program available to families that participate in the Section 8 Voucher Program.

Medical assistance programs include: ​Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP): Coverage includes such things as doctor, hospital, prescription drugs, counseling, dental and glasses. Insurance for children up to age 19 at no cost to the family if the income is below certain income levels found on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. If the family income is below 140%, the children may be eligible with or without private health insurance. If there is insurance, CHIP will pay the deductibles, co-insurance, and possibly some medical services not covered by the private insurance. ​Medicaid: Health care coverage for people who qualify. To be eligible for Medicaid, individuals must fall into a coverage group and meet certain financial and non-financial eligibility criteria. Provides help for older adults and people with disabilities.

Providing hospital services including ambulance, acute care, emergency room, swing bed, cardiac rehabilitation, and radiology. This is also a medication disposal site.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

Gas vouchers transportation to medical appointments. Vouchers can only be given once in a calendar year.

Services provided are individual counseling, divorce counseling, faith based counseling, youth counseling, parent counseling, family counseling, grief/bereavement counseling, terminal illness counseling, child abuse counseling, crime victim/witness counseling, geriatric psychiatry, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma Informed Therapy. Areas of training or expertise include rural mental health - meeting farmers, ranchers, and their families where they are at, often times at their farm. Hours can be accommodated to fit the harvest/planting schedule; anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, life transitions, farm succession, parenting strategies, communication styles, and trauma. Counseling sessions are also available via telehealth.

The South Dakota Birth to Three Early Intervention Program supports children from birth until their third birthday who have developmental delays or disabilities and their families. Services provided by the Division of Child Support include locating noncustodial parents, establishing paternity, establishing or modifying child support and medical support orders, enforcing support orders, enforcing alimony if a child support order is being enforced, and collecting and processing support payments.

Storybook Island is an admission free children's theme park. The park is filled with sets that portray characters form various children's stories, fables and nursery rhymes.

Services including: primary and secondary care, adult day services, behavioral health, maternal, pregnancy, and birthing center, cancer detection care, chronic pain, dialysis, emergency care, heart care, home care, hospice, intensive care unit, mammography, MRI, OB/GYN, radiology, sleep disorders, surgery, and wellness center.

Weekly meal is provided at the Community Center. It is prepared by local church groups and various other service groups. All meals are being served inside. Also provides a winter outerwear room for anyone in need of a coat, gloves, hats, etc. Senior Box Distribution is available. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.

Committed to helping people who are experiencing emotional, psychological, personal, or family problems to increase hope and fulfill their treatment goals for a better life.

Serves 10 community partners throughout South Dakota including shelters and 2 Children's Home locations. Through various partners and promotions, including Carters and Scholastic, pajamas and books are donated and distributed to children in need. *Please note, this program is not able to furnish individuals/families with new pajamas or books directly.

Family Support 360 (FS 360) helps people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families get the services they need to live in their own home and community as independently as possible. FS 360 is self-directed, which allows the person or their guardian to choose their staff and schedule based on their needs.

A volunteer organization that relies on donations to provide supplemental food to those in need in our community. Offers distributions twice per month. For emergent needs outside the scheduled distribution, call and leave a voicemail.

Provides information, education and support to survivors of strokes, their caregivers and professionals. Services include a website, support groups, a Stroke Family Warmline and a monthly e-newsletter.

Evaluations for dyslexia are provided for students up to age 21 whose parents and or educators are concerned regarding their child's ability to read, spell, and write. Dyslexia evaluations are not provided for those children whose learning difficulty is solely because of low cognition, attention problems, emotional/behavioral problems, autism, or hearing or vision impairment.

Offers individual therapy for adults and adolescents and relationship counseling for couples of all ages. Utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness and experiential practices. Specialties include trauma, relationship stress, infidelity, intimacy issues, history of childhood physical, emotional and sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, social phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), anger management, emotional regulation, grief and loss, gender identity, sexual identity, and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Special interest in working with women, relationships and LGBTQ+ clients.

Provides occupational and speech therapy services to children of all ages who have developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, speech and language delays, or difficulties with emotional regulation. Therapists provide mobile services to support children in their natural environments (home or daycare settings) as well as at the clinic location. The team also partners with early childhood educators to provide staff training and developmental screenings to support early identification and intervention. Partners with The Sensory Studio to provide social skills and developmental play groups, caregiver & child groups, and educational workshops for parents.
