A faith-filled three-day retreat designed to provide compassionate support and spiritual consolation for parents, guardians, and children. This retreat includes fun and therapeutic activities for children (ages 6-17), guided discussions and support for parents and guardians, shared prayer and reflection, and holistic pastoral care.

Assistive Daily Living Services: Provides services for people ages 18 and older, with physical disabilities affecting all four limbs, who need assistance with daily living activities. Services include program education and support and personal attendant services. Home Again South Dakota: Provides options for older adults and/or people with disabilities living in nursing homes, hospitals, or long-term care facilities to enable them to successfully return to their homes and communities. Helps individuals identify barriers to living on their own, helps them find a place to live that meets their needs, and helps them find the services and supports they need to continue living independently.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Youth & Family Services (YFS) Rapid City Head Start is a federally funded, no-cost, parent-focused education program that serves low-income children, ages 4 weeks-5 years, and their families. Program goals include increasing social skills and school readiness for young children while increasing the self-sufficiency for families. YFS Rapid City Head Start gives priority to families who meet the household income guidelines or have children with disabilities. Income guidelines are established by the federal government each year. All services are free of charge for participants who qualify. Head Start® is a registered trademark of HHS.

A public health nutrition program for income-eligible infants and children up to age 5, pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women. WIC provides nutrition education to help make healthy eating choices, breastfeeding education for expectant and new mothers looking to learn more about their infant nutrition options, referrals to connect families with quality medical care and other community services, and food benefits to help families purchase nutritious groceries at participating businesses statewide.

The CWOY Support Navigator program is designed to provide support for American Indian youth, adults, and their families in the He Sapa area who struggle with suicidal thoughts or behaviors. CWOY Support Navigators act as mentors, advocates, and resource guides for American Indian youth, adults, and families needing support for their healing and personal growth. Services offered include one-on-one mentorship, advocacy, individualized care planning, outings, activities and workshops, transportation to appointments, collaboration with behavioral health resources, coordination for success in academic programs, communication with family members, connecting participants to peer and community programs in support of healing goals, skill-building, mental health counseling, and therapeutic circles.
