Builds homes for people in need: Habitat for Humanity builds houses in partnership with volunteers and people in need and then sells the homes to those people in need, known as partner families. Partner families are selected by Habitat based on: their need for housing; their willingness to partner with Habitat; and the ability to pay a 0% interest mortgage. Assists in restoration on exterior of existing homes for people in need: Volunteers (including youth groups), are organized and recruited by Hub Area Habitat for Humanity to assist with the following projects for income eligible homeowners including: Exterior painting or siding, Minor exterior home repairs, or Yard work including: weeding, trimming shrubbery, raking leaves (yard rehabilitation, not lawn mowing). This does not include tree trimming of taking down a tree. Help Build It Center: a store where items can be donated and purchased at discounted prices. Items consist of: light fixtures, bathroom fixtures, furniture, appliances, carpet, wood and tile flooring, windows and doors, paints and stains and other miscellaneous home goods.

A treatment team, headed by a psychiatrist, works to evaluate current symptoms and develop a positive treatment plan to address concerns. Treatment services include, but are not limited to depression, anxiety, addictive disorders, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and schizophrenia. Group therapies focus on developing coping skills through expressive therapies and behavioral therapy.

Provides a full range of primary healthcare services including physical exams, chronic disease management, acute illness management, physicals, well child exams, children/adolescent/men/women healthcare services, immunizations, telemedicine related to medical and mental health needs, certified laboratory services, All Women Count services, assistance with Marketplace insurance enrollment, and allergy injections. Some sites provide Department of Transportation physicals. Nurse triage available for after-hours calls. Situation will be assessed by a registered nurse with further guidance provided. Provides bags of supplemental food for any students in the Vermillion School District area during the school year. Arrangements can be made for the Backpacks (pre-packed food sacks) to be picked up at the child's school (Headstart - High school), or food can be packed at Tanager Take Out (located at the Community Connection Center).

Investigates child abuse and neglect cases by working with the State's Attorney, law enforcement, and community resources to determine extent of alleged child abuse or neglect. Other services include adoptions, licensing of foster homes, assessment services, case management, and intensive family services. CCCS is leading new initiatives which include RESTART: Support for individuals in the justice system such as adult diversion, defense attorney support, pretrial services, re-entry support, and a Post Overdose Response Team.
