Services include: audiology, blind rehabilitation, Veteran sports programs and clinics, wheelchair games, physical medicine and rehabilitation, occupational therapy, prosthetic and sensory aid services, speech pathology, chiropractic care, orthotic and prosthetic services, physical therapy, kinesiotherapy, and recreation therapy.

Offers a family-centered approach to care and is committed to providing only the most appropriate services based on regular assessments of your needs. Staff has been trained and tested in the care of dementia patients and are supervised and evaluated regularly by Registered Nurses. Services offered are home health, companionship, homemaking assistance, respite care, pediatrics, home care & support services, medical staffing, and long term care assessments.

Provides bread products and fresh produce as available, and vouchers for milk to be used at a local grocery store. Some household products including laundry supplies, paper goods and personal items may also be available.

Provides the ability to help individuals apply for county assistance regarding medical or utilities bills if it is an emergency and (in the case of a medical issue) the person has no insurance.

Professional individual and family counseling. Services include: mental health screening, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adolescent and youth counseling, and tele-health counseling.

A faith-filled three-day retreat designed to provide compassionate support and spiritual consolation for parents, guardians, and children. This retreat includes fun and therapeutic activities for children (ages 6-17), guided discussions and support for parents and guardians, shared prayer and reflection, and holistic pastoral care.

Accepts donations of adult clothing items, including shirts, pants, sweatshirts, shoes/work boots, new underwear, socks, and adult backpacks.

Outpatient services are available to anyone who may currently be experiencing problems which are of an emotional, behavioral, substance abuse, or interpersonal nature. Individual, couple, and family therapy. Providing emotionally focused individual and couples therapy. Also providing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Also, able to provide counseling via telehealth. Services only available to clients in South Dakota and Texas. This service is not covered by/available to patients on Medicare/Medicaid.

Provides health and pharmacy services for military members and family members in the Ellsworth Air Force Base. These include vaccinations, filling prescriptions, home delivery, set medication reminders, and search for drug information. Patients can download the Express Scripts mobile app to view and manage their prescriptions 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

ICAP Children and Family Services include the following: Half Day Services: Eligible children ages 3 - 5 will receive 3 1/2 hours of center-based preschool, 4 days per week, September - May. (limited locations) EHS Home Based Services: A home visitor meets with eligible women who are pregnant and/or families with children under the age of 3 once per week for 1 1/2 hours (at a regularly scheduled time). Group socialization meetings are held twice per month. Child Development Center: Madison and Sioux Falls (ages 4 weeks - 3 years) can receive early childhood services and childcare each day year-round at ICAP's childcare center.

Home Health can help patients make a good transition from hospital to home, or receive the help and care they need at home. Services include physical and occupational therapy, medication management, wound care, IVs and central lines, personal care, light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Builds homes for people in need: Habitat for Humanity builds houses in partnership with volunteers and people in need and then sells the homes to those people in need, known as partner families. Partner families are selected by Habitat based on: their need for housing; their willingness to partner with Habitat; and the ability to pay a 0% interest mortgage. Assists in restoration on exterior of existing homes for people in need: Volunteers (including youth groups), are organized and recruited by Hub Area Habitat for Humanity to assist with the following projects for income eligible homeowners including: Exterior painting or siding, Minor exterior home repairs, or Yard work including: weeding, trimming shrubbery, raking leaves (yard rehabilitation, not lawn mowing). This does not include tree trimming of taking down a tree. Help Build It Center: a store where items can be donated and purchased at discounted prices. Items consist of: light fixtures, bathroom fixtures, furniture, appliances, carpet, wood and tile flooring, windows and doors, paints and stains and other miscellaneous home goods.

Horizon Health - White River is full-service medical clinic offering the following services - preventative screenings, acute care, chronic care management, well child visits, men's and women's health, immunizations, family planning, lab/x-ray, patient education, care management, DOT exams, after-hours access to care, and Certified Application Counselors for the Health Insurance Marketplace. Also offers behavioral health services: medication management, counseling, case management, integrated care, addiction services, and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT).

Provides early intervention services, at no cost, for families who have children from birth to age three, that have difficulty learning, growing, or behaving like other children in their age group or have a medical condition which doctors feel may need special attention. ​Available to any family in the 11-county area and offers a no-cost developmental screening/evaluation.

Offers telehealth services. Family Pathways (Family Outreach Services) counselors providing intensive counseling and support services for children in community locations such as home or school. Psychiatric Services include assessments and medication management. CARE - Continuous Assistance, Rehabilitation, and Education services for adults with severe mental illness.

The WPRC seeks to divert or delay those we serve from substance use and other high-risk behaviors to promote choices/behaviors resulting in lifelong mind and body wellness. The WPRC primarily focuses prevention support services to stakeholders in South Dakota's 22 westernmost counties, but often serves an even broader audience. The WPRC's services include providing education, technical assistance, training and other support to prevention service providers, youth, parents, educators, community groups, social service providers, health/wellness agencies, chemical dependency service providers, law enforcement and other community wellness stakeholders. WPRC staff can provide community education and information on a broad range of prevention topics. These topics include: Individual drugs (alcohol, nicotine, vaping, marijuana, methamphetamine, fentanyl, etc.) Trends in drug use Over the counter drug misuse The science of chemical dependence (brain and body) Risky behavior marketing 988/211 Helpline usage The WPRC maintains a traditional library of books and other media relating to prevention, health and wellness.
