​ An incentive and education based program for limited income pregnant teens, women and families. The goal is to promote healthier pregnancies, healthier babies and an overall healthier community. Those who qualify and participate in the programs may earn teddy credits which can be exchanged for new baby items, such as baby clothes, blankets, bottles, highchairs and strollers. Volunteers work hands-on with the women enrolled in assisting them with registration, counting and spending their teddy credits or points, picking out new baby items and possibly carrying incentive items to their cars.

Long term case management program to help families move beyond crisis into stability and becoming self-sufficient. Families will be required to meet with a caseworker to design a plan to meet goals, needs and objectives (ex. goal setting, assistance getting healthcare, educational opportunities, etc).
