​ An incentive and education based program for limited income pregnant teens, women and families. The goal is to promote healthier pregnancies, healthier babies and an overall healthier community. Those who qualify and participate in the programs may earn teddy credits which can be exchanged for new baby items, such as baby clothes, blankets, bottles, highchairs and strollers. Volunteers work hands-on with the women enrolled in assisting them with registration, counting and spending their teddy credits or points, picking out new baby items and possibly carrying incentive items to their cars.

Recycles donated clothing, furniture, household goods, books, and other items by offering them for purchase. Proceeds benefit the community by offering individuals with barriers work training and employment opportunities.

Providing free lunch for children 18 years old or younger. Meals on Wheels Western South Dakota are funding lunch at no charge for seniors (60+) accompanying their grandchildren. ​The Black Hills Area Community Foundation will fund lunch for adults (19-59 years old) accompanying their children. ICAP Children and Family Services include the following: Half Day Services: Eligible children ages 3 - 5 will receive 3 1/2 hours of center-based preschool, 4 days per week, September - May. (limited locations) EHS Home Based Services: A home visitor meets with eligible women who are pregnant and/or families with children under the age of 3 once per week for 1 1/2 hours (at a regularly scheduled time). Group socialization meetings are held twice per month. Child Development Center: Madison and Sioux Falls (ages 4 weeks - 3 years) can receive early childhood services and childcare each day year-round at ICAP's childcare center.

Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) is a supplemental food program that enables eligible households to obtain a more nutritious diet. Eligibility is determined by income, resources, and household size. Lost, stolen, or damaged EBT (SNAP) cards must call customer service to report the loss of your card. You will need to enter the card number. If you do not have the card, stay on the line for a second prompt and press 2. Reporting an EBT card as lost, stolen, or damaged will result in that card being declined.
