Bright Start is a community-based, voluntary program which implements the evidence based Nurse Family Partnership model to provide nurse home visitation services to families during pregnancy and may continue until the child's second birthday.
​Services include prenatal, maternal and infant/child health assessments and education; and health, safety and nutrition education. Families are linked with resources such as prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric medical care, family planning services, mental health services, job training, literacy services, employment opportunities, housing, substance abuse treatment, early childhood assessment and intervention opportunities, and other community resources. A mental health therapist is also available to provide individual and family therapy to the clients.

TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program):
Provides emergency food assistance at no cost. The only requirement for TEFAP recipients is self-declaration that they fall within the TEFAP income eligibility guidelines.
Food Pantry - client choice pantry:
Available to those with a gross household income no more than 185% of poverty level. Participants can shop once a month. Quantity of food is based on the size of household.
