Weekly meal is provided at the Community Center. It is prepared by local church groups and various other service groups. All meals are being served inside. Wall Monument Medical Clinic is a primary care, family medicine clinic. Board certified physicians and physician assistants offer health care services sensitive to the individual needs of you and your family. Services include Family medicine, Electrocardiogram, Laboratory, and Medical imaging.

Maternal Child Healthcare provides Infant Sleep Safety services, immunizations, and pregnancy support services. Infant Sleep Safety services provide education on infant safe sleep practices and link families to resources when the purchase of a crib is a financial hardship. ​Immunizations services are available for children from birth through age 18 for all universally recommended vaccinations including influenza. The Vaccines for Children's Program provides vaccines for children who are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover vaccinations, are Medicaid eligible, or are Native American or Alaskan Native. For families with insurance coverage, the Department of Health is an in-network provider for Sanford, Avera/Dakotacare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. ​Pregnancy Support Services include regular visits with a nurse to share information about pregnancy, to provide assistance in obtaining early and on-going prenatal care from a qualified healthcare provider, and to link women to resources they may need to support a healthy pregnancy. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown and Sisseton locations are also able to provide car seats for all ages at no cost.

The Country Cupboard is a food pantry for those in the Wall and Philip areas. The pantry has no income guidelines.

Provides services for individual, couples, children, and family counseling as well as anger evaluations, and anger management. Committed to helping people who are experiencing emotional, psychological, personal, or family problems to increase hope and fulfill their treatment goals for a better life.

A voluntary program serving mothers ages 18-24 who have used stimulants or opioids within the past year and are either currently parenting or working toward reunification with children ages 0-12. The program team consists of a case manager/women's advocate and a peer support specialist. The case manager provides direct support to enrolled families, while the peer support specialist offers recovery-focused support to participating mothers.

Provides emergency assistance for those in either Minnehaha/Lincoln County with: Rent and deposits. ​Utility bills: must have a disconnect notice for water, lights, or heating ​Food and non-food items ​Burial: clients should begin by choosing a funeral home and meet with them prior to applying for assistance through Minnehaha County. Also provides transportation assistance, dental care, medical care (hospitalization) and medications. Minnehaha County residents can also receive assistance with shelter, gasoline or bus ticket for transients/nonresidents stranded here and needing to get home. Out of town travel assistance is not offered to MC residents. ​Identification and or birth certificate (if needed for the purposes of obtaining employment/housing). The majority of assistance provided is in the form of a no-interest loan for which a lien is created. The client does not receive any bill from County but is expected to repay the debt, starting in a time frame created by the caseworker. Applicants can choose to walk-in to the office or receive a phone call to complete an interview. Those applying for transportation, medications or ID/BC assistance should come into the office to apply.

Program helps provide eyeglasses and eye exams to those eligible. Many organizations help donate products and time. Falls Community Health is the entrance point for filling out paperwork and determining if the patient needs or qualifies for the service.

Available services include individual psychotherapy, group therapy, marriage and family therapy, couples counseling, Christian counseling, outpatient substance abuse treatment, gambling treatment, pornography addiction treatment, intimacy disorder treatment, spouse of sex addict treatment, family recovery therapy, internet and gaming treatment, spiritual direction, life coaching, psychotherapy for pastors, ministry leaders, non-profit leaders, and business executives, and treatment also for anxiety, depression, trauma and grief issues along with a variety of other mental and emotional distress.

Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute (CKRI) is part of Allina Health. Provides a continuum of rehabilitation services for people with short- and long-term conditions, injuries, and disabilities. The goal is to improve health outcomes, make it easier for clients and families to get the right services for their needs, and reduce costs by preventing complications. Programs include: ​Brain Injury Rehabilitation - Helping patients learn new skills to help manage many of the symptoms of brain injury. ​Cancer rehabilitation - Addresses needs at each stage of treatment, helping patients cope with the effects of cancer and its treatment. ​Chronic pain services - Comprehensive outpatient pain management services. ​Comprehensive inpatient neurological rehabilitation - Hospital-based rehabilitation program for those who require close medical monitoring and management of medical conditions. ​Comprehensive stroke rehabilitation program - Evidence-based treatments support individuals who have had a stroke as they regain daily living skills and become as independent as possible. ​Courage Kenny Kids - Offering physical and occupational therapy and speech-language pathology. ​Courage Kenny Spine Centers - Provides specialized, nonsurgical treatment for low back and neck pain. ​Spinal Cord Rehabilitation - Offers inpatient and outpatient services for persons with a spinal cord injury. ​Occupational/physical therapy and speech-language pathology - Providing outpatient rehabilitation therapy for patients of all ages. Recycles donated clothing, furniture, household goods, books, and other items by offering them for purchase. Proceeds benefit the community by offering individuals with barriers work training and employment opportunities.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

The Closet in Flandreau (Moody County) has clothing and other household goods for persons who wish to use the store's services. If an income-eligible person or family cannot afford to purchase the clothing, the Community Service Worker in that county can provide a voucher that allows the person or family to get the clothing at no charge.

Supplies personal care items and cleaning items on a monthly basis. Many items are available on a scale according to the size of the item and the size of the family.

TeamMates is a school-based, one-to-one mentoring program that matches adult volunteers with students who have indicated interest in having a mentor. The focus of the mentoring relationship is for a mentor to build a positive relationship with a student as a caring adult figure to help them reach their full potential. Volunteer mentors focus on the positives in students to help them succeed. Students in TeamMates reflect improvement in attendance, behavior referrals, and academic performance.
