Beds are available to kids, 3-17 that don't have a bed. The organization does not replace worn beds, but distributes to those who don't have a bed. After an application is submitted, the family will receive a call from a local application director. When all paperwork and information is complete a delivery time will be scheduled.

Provides a full range of primary healthcare services including physical exams, chronic disease management, acute illness management, physicals, well child exams, children/adolescent/men/women healthcare services, immunizations, telemedicine related to medical and mental health needs, certified laboratory services, All Women Count services, assistance with Marketplace insurance enrollment, and allergy injections. Some sites provide Department of Transportation physicals. Nurse triage available for after-hours calls. Situation will be assessed by a registered nurse with further guidance provided. Strives to meet the needs of all patients, including the underinsured and underserved and offers services at a reduced rate to those who qualify.

Works to increase identification of youth and families who have been exposed to traumatic stress and shorten the time it takes to get them into effective treatment programs. Offers free screenings to children who may be experiencing traumatic stress, and then, if information warrants, a full assessment will be scheduled. Youth and families who are identified as experiencing traumatic stress will be referred to appropriate treatment providers. Treatments available at YFS include: Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy Child parent psychotherapy Equine Therapy Problematic sexual behavior-cognitive behavioral therapy Prolonged exposure therapy Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) Integrative treatment for complex trauma Motivational interviewing Also assists community mental health providers' expansion of trauma-focused knowledge and skills through education, training, and collaboration.

Auditor services include auditing of all financial records of the County, apportioning of taxes collected by the Treasurer to be disbursed to the schools, cities, and other special assessment entities, County accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgets, and tax levy, beer and liquor licensing, County liens, recorder of the minutes for the Board of County Commissioners, and maintains all voter records. ICAP Housing Services provides the following programs: Rapid Rehousing and Homeless Prevention Programs: aims to help two specific groups - persons who are at great risk of homelessness and those who have become homeless. Services that can be provided include case management, security deposit and rent assistance. These services are aimed at helping participants to retain their housing, therefore avoiding homelessness, or to re-enter appropriate permanent housing as quickly as possible. Housing Repair / Rehabilitation: Provides a zero-interest, five-year decreasing balance loan for eligible homeowners to be used for accessibility modifications for persons with disabilities, in addition to making necessary repairs for health, safety and code compliance. Self-Help Housing Rehabilitation: Eligible participants will work with program staff to identify their specific needs and to create a work plan. The Program Coordinator will find the best funding sources available to the homeowners and assist them throughout the process. Weatherization and Furnace Replacement Program: Aimed at making housing for low-income persons more energy-efficient and less costly for the residents. The residence is audited and a list of needs is developed. The program provides the materials and pays contractors for the labor to weatherize the home (caulk cracks, insulate, weather-strip, fix windows, etc.). Furnaces can be repaired or replaced, if not repairable, through the program. In addition, some inefficient/high-cost non-operating appliances (range / refrigerator / water heater) can also be replaced in certain circumstances. Homeless Rent and Deposit: Helping homeless households get into housing. Must provide steady and reliable source of income. Applicant must agree to case management services.

Outpatient Services - Individual therapy (for mental health or substance use), Family therapy, Group therapy, Medication management, Psychological assessments and testing, Commitment evaluations, Nursing home consultations, and 24-hour a day crisis intervention via crisis line. Walk in assessments available during regular business hours at the Yankton and Vermillion locations. CARE Club - Program for individuals with a mental health disability (i.e. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety and borderline personality) who live in the community. CARE club provides support, assistance, interaction with others and the opportunity to improve consumers existing skills and develop new coping skills. Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

VA is committed to ending Veteran homelessness. No one who has served our country should ever go without a safe, stable place to call home. The HUD-VASH program exists to assist veteran's with establishing and maintaining housing. Intensive case management is provided to the veteran.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

Offering a wide variety of outpatient physical therapy services including: orthopedics, spine care, sports medicine, headaches, TMJ management, dry needling, post-surgical rehab, aquatic therapy, hand therapy, chronic pain, amputee rehab, women's health, pediatric physical therapy, accidents & injuries, kinesiotaping, custom orthotics, and vestibular rehabilitation. Also offers virtual sessions for those who are not able to make it into the clinic.

Provides Public Health Nursing and Maternal Child Healthcare Services through various programs. General public health services include professional nursing and nutrition information and guidance on health, safety, and nutrition for individuals, families, and communities. Services such as influenza vaccinations and screenings for blood pressure, hearing, vision, and hemoglobin are available at a fee. Maternal Child Healthcare provides Infant Sleep Safety services, immunizations, and pregnancy support services. Infant Sleep Safety services provide education on infant safe sleep practices and link families to resources when the purchase of a crib is a financial hardship. ​Immunizations services are available for children from birth through age 18 for all universally recommended vaccinations including influenza. The Vaccines for Children's Program provides vaccines for children who are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover vaccinations, are Medicaid eligible, or are Native American or Alaskan Native. For families with insurance coverage, the Department of Health is an in-network provider for Sanford, Avera/Dakotacare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. ​Pregnancy Support Services include regular visits with a nurse to share information about pregnancy, to provide assistance in obtaining early and on-going prenatal care from a qualified healthcare provider, and to link women to resources they may need to support a healthy pregnancy. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown and Sisseton locations are also able to provide car seats for all ages at no cost.

Provides counseling services for addictions, anxiety, depression, Bi-polar Personality Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and other mental health diagnoses through a trauma focused Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) technique. All sessions are held via telehealth.

Mobile food pantry that may be utilized once a month by families and/or individuals. There are no referrals required to receive this service. Individuals MUST enter the church and bring a valid form of ID. This program does not do delivery and is not an emergency food option.
