Services provided include prescription pick-up (these are delivered from Freeman daily), diabetes education and support, durable medical equipment (i.e. canes and walkers, bathroom equipment, orthopedic supplies, nebulizers, etc.), immunizations, long-term pharmacy, Medicare open enrollment, and a medication disposal site. Accepts UPS drop off packages for free. Customers can use the My Community Pharmacy to refill medications, set medication reminders, and track refill status.

Provides Public Health Nursing and Maternal Child Healthcare Services through various programs. General public health services include professional nursing and nutrition information and guidance on health, safety, and nutrition for individuals, families, and communities. Services such as influenza vaccinations and screenings for blood pressure, hearing, vision, and hemoglobin are available at a fee. Maternal Child Healthcare provides Infant Sleep Safety services, immunizations, and pregnancy support services. Infant Sleep Safety services provide education on infant safe sleep practices and link families to resources when the purchase of a crib is a financial hardship. ​Immunizations services are available for children from birth through age 18 for all universally recommended vaccinations including influenza. The Vaccines for Children's Program provides vaccines for children who are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover vaccinations, are Medicaid eligible, or are Native American or Alaskan Native. For families with insurance coverage, the Department of Health is an in-network provider for Sanford, Avera/Dakotacare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. ​Pregnancy Support Services include regular visits with a nurse to share information about pregnancy, to provide assistance in obtaining early and on-going prenatal care from a qualified healthcare provider, and to link women to resources they may need to support a healthy pregnancy. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown and Sisseton locations are also able to provide car seats for all ages at no cost.

Providing emergency food supplies to those in need. Baby formula is also available.

Physical therapy treats injuries and diseases using therapeutic exercise and other hands-on techniques that focus on alleviating pain and improving posture, strength, endurance, balance, coordination and joint mobility. Occupational therapy treats issues that arise from a disruption in a person's occupations. Occupation is everything that people do to occupy themselves, including taking care of personal needs, activities that allow one to enjoy life, achieving developmental milestones or work. Speech-language therapy addresses issues with communication, memory, problem solving, swallowing, sound production, stuttering and voice for all ages.

Serves children with visual impairments/vision loss by providing: ​On-campus services in Aberdeen which include regular and special education and transition programs during the nine month school year; daily opportunities to learn and practice skills of blindness; day program for students who live within driving distance and a residential program for those who live at a distance; and six weeks of summer programming focused on the skills of blindness. ​Statewide consultation services include outreach services for public school students; educational evaluations for public school students; in-service education for teachers and service providers; and educational materials for families and schools.

Treatment specialization includes: depression, anxiety, panic attacks, phobia, Gottman Method Couples counseling, social anxiety, sexual problems, relationship issues, medical and health concerns, grief and loss, work and career issues, stress management, addiction and recovery, parenting and family issues, conflict resolution, child and adolescent therapy, anger management evaluation and treatment, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), sexual assault and domestic violence issues, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Brainspotting, and discernment counseling. Co-Dependents Anonymous is a fellowship of people whose common purpose is to develop healthy relationships. The only requirement for membership is a desire for healthy and loving relationships. This office also oversees one time, last resort/emergency financial assistance in the form of an interest-free loan for residents who need help with burial expenses, medical indigent claims, prescription payment assistance, rent payment assistance (to prevent eviction), and utility payment assistance for current and past due bills regarding water, lights, heating, phone, and trash.

An educational program applicable for stroke survivors and caregivers. Following the program there is an opportunity for socialization. This group does not meet December, January and February.
