Evaluations for dyslexia are provided for students up to age 21 whose parents and or educators are concerned regarding their child's ability to read, spell, and write. Dyslexia evaluations are not provided for those children whose learning difficulty is solely because of low cognition, attention problems, emotional/behavioral problems, autism, or hearing or vision impairment.

Offers individual therapy for adults and adolescents and relationship counseling for couples of all ages. Utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness and experiential practices. Specialties include trauma, relationship stress, infidelity, intimacy issues, history of childhood physical, emotional and sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, social phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), anger management, emotional regulation, grief and loss, gender identity, sexual identity, and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Special interest in working with women, relationships and LGBTQ+ clients.

Provides occupational and speech therapy services to children of all ages who have developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, speech and language delays, or difficulties with emotional regulation. Therapists provide mobile services to support children in their natural environments (home or daycare settings) as well as at the clinic location. The team also partners with early childhood educators to provide staff training and developmental screenings to support early identification and intervention. Partners with The Sensory Studio to provide social skills and developmental play groups, caregiver & child groups, and educational workshops for parents.

One Heart Clinic: Providing primary family care to patients with a focus on patients with a primary language of Spanish. Pharmacy: Convenient, on-site location, CHCBH patients are able to fill most of their medications the same day as appointment.

Gas vouchers transportation to medical appointments. Vouchers can only be given once in a calendar year.

Provides support and assistance to parents and guardians in order to increase the involvement of the absent parent in the lives of their children. Assists parents in child support, mediation services, and alternative dispute resolution.

Providing assistance to those in need. May be able to help with rent, utilities, clothing, furniture, household items, car repair or transportation. Assistance is provided on a case by case basis following an in-home visit. No assistance is available for temporary lodging.

Keeping children safe by providing child safety seats at no cost to families that meet income eligibility requirements to ensure that they are in the best child seat for their height and weight until they are at least 4'9. At 4'9, most children can safely wear a seat belt. Current South Dakota law states that any operator of any passenger vehicle transporting a child under five years of age on the streets and highways of this state shall properly secure the child in a child passenger restraint system, and that the operator of a motor vehicle must make sure that a passenger who is at least five and younger than 18 must be wearing a properly adjusted and fastened safety seat belt system. If the belts don't fit properly, the operator must find another safety belt system to secure the child (SD Law 32-37). This program distributes child seats to income eligible parents and children statewide, by assessing financial need. The communities listed may have local distribution partners. Responsible for commissioners proceedings, agendas, and records, accounting records, revenue and expense reports, voter registration and elections. Businesses apply for beer and liquor licenses with the auditor. The auditor also figures real estate and mobile home taxes and handles county bid lettings. This office oversees one time, last resort/emergency assistance for residents who need help with burial expenses, medical indigent claims, prescription payment assistance and rent or utility payment assistance (to prevent eviction or disconnection). The Auditor and Treasurer work in conjunction to pay county bills. Notary Public services available. Some fees may apply.

Psychotherapy group meeting for adolescents age 13 - 18 (still in school), facilitated by a trained mental health professional. Group uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and coping skills to help adolescents develop strategies to manage daily stress and emotional and behavioral difficulties.

SDUIH is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) and is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Transportation is available for current patients if needed.

Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) is a supplemental food program that enables eligible households to obtain a more nutritious diet. Eligibility is determined by income, resources, and household size. Lost, stolen, or damaged EBT (SNAP) cards must call customer service to report the loss of your card. You will need to enter the card number. If you do not have the card, stay on the line for a second prompt and press 2. Reporting an EBT card as lost, stolen, or damaged will result in that card being declined.

Provides diapers and gently used baby and toddler clothing for families in need. Provided on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Open to families with children in diapers Newborn - Size 6, and clothing Newborn - 2T in clothing. Photo ID, proof of address, and proof of child's name and birth date required. Must fill out a registration form at first visit.

Areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, grief and loss, divorce adjustments, life transitions, postpartum depression, parent/ adolescent conflict management, stress management and relaxation training, acute and chronic medical conditions, and life adjustments due to medical conditions, especially in area of Type 1 Diabetes.

A full service hospital located in Webster, SD. The facility provides emergency medicine, pediatrics, surgery, mammography, adult trauma care, and colorectal screenings.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.
