Also includes Kidney Springs (water fountain) and The Fall River Freedom Trail (goes from Mueller Civic Center to Chautauqua Park) Park Amenities include playground area, shelters with picnic tables, restrooms, skateboard park, tennis court, basketball court, softball field, and soccer field. Welcome Park Court is available for food truck vendors to use.

Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

Covering topics such as abuse and/or sexual abuse, anger management, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD), depression, emotion and behavior regulation for children, grief and loss, life transition and adjustment issues, marriage and family issues, post traumatic stress (PTSD), relational violence/abuse, self-esteem, stress management, suicide intervention/crisis stabilization, teen problems, wellness counseling, and women's issues. Offers telehealth services. Family Pathways (Family Outreach Services) counselors providing intensive counseling and support services for children in community locations such as home or school. Psychiatric Services include assessments and medication management. CARE - Continuous Assistance, Rehabilitation, and Education services for adults with severe mental illness.

Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) is a supplemental food program that enables eligible households to obtain a more nutritious diet. Eligibility is determined by income, resources, and household size. Lost, stolen, or damaged EBT (SNAP) cards must call customer service to report the loss of your card. You will need to enter the card number. If you do not have the card, stay on the line for a second prompt and press 2. Reporting an EBT card as lost, stolen, or damaged will result in that card being declined.

Sallie's Table (Saturday and Sunday): All are welcome around Sallie's Table at the Salvation Army, a weekend meal serving every Saturday and Sunday evening when all other food programs are closed. Free Sunday Breakfast: Serves a hot, sit down breakfast on Sunday mornings to people who are unhoused or at risk of being unhoused. ​ Senior Neighbor Luncheon (Monthly): Seniors gather together for a time of fun, food and fellowship (crafts, bingo and table games). The Salvation Army provides the entree and each senior signs up in advance to bring a dish to pass (either a side dish or dessert). Every month a special program is created for the seniors and birthday's taking place are recognized.
