Offers free food to anyone 18 years of age or older. There is no restriction on who can come, or how many times you can come. A pre-packaged box of food in a drive thru style giveaway. Guests will stay in their vehicles and will follow a predetermined route via the north entrance of the fairgrounds off of Madison Street.
Pet food also now available, supply is limited.
Food (boxed) or pet food delivery available for those who cannot otherwise get to the giveaway on a limited basis. For individuals who are unable to pickup food due to not having a vehicle, delivery may be available. Call 2-1-1 for more information.

Utility Assistance for past due and disconnection notices including water, lights, and heating.

Non-Financial Assistance Programs:
Food Pantry: For those needing assistance with food.
Clothing Vouchers: For those needing assistance for Clothing. Assistance may only be given 1 time for every 3 months.
Household Boxes: For those needing assistance with items used to cook and eat a meal. A lease must be shown to the caseworker in order to receive assistance.
Assistance is limited according to what is available at the time.
Pathway of Hope:
Program for eligible families. Long term case management program to help families move beyond crisis into stability and becoming self-sufficient. Families will be required to meet with a caseworker to design a plan to meet goals, needs and objectives (ex. goal setting, assistance getting healthcare, educational opportunities, etc).

Provides shelter to homeless people in tiny homes, with a main house where they may do laundry, cook, eat, and socialize. Also provides emergency food to very low income households, delivering to those without transportation.

Beresford Faith in Action serves individuals and families in need with Food Pantry, Crisis Fund (1 time / year) depending on availability of funds - Rent (can include rent or deposit); Utility assistance including: deposit, past due bill, and disconnect notices for trash, water, lights, and heating; and help with budgeting/financial planning.
Backpack School program - weekend food for Beresford School students.
Faith in Action also networks clients with other organizations/ resources that may help them with their situation.
