Provides transitional housing for women with children. Services include shelter, 3 daily meals, case management, transportation (on a limited basis), laundry, and shower facilities. Operation Chow Line (OCL) is a community-based, upstream suicide prevention strategy for veterans and military families living in rural South Dakota. The program addresses food insecurity by hosting free community meals. Local businesses help sponsor the events, and relevant local, state, and federal resources are present to support early engagement and access to support. These gatherings reduce isolation and increase access to support.

Providing a safe, culturally grounded space for Native Youth in Rapid City to foster healing, health, and wellness while building self-determination and strengthening life skills. Center Amenities and Services offered include daily meals and snacks, food/hygiene pantry, access to shower and laundry facilities, social and recreational activities (e.g. basketball and volleyball courts, gaming area, and computer lab), Creative Arts (i.e. on-site recording studio, arts and crafts room), Life Skills Workshops, Homework Help, Tutoring, and an on-site K-12 homeschool option. Additional programs offered include a Street Outreach Team that connects homeless or at-risk youth to basic necessities and Resource Navigators to connect youth and families with vital services ---mentorship, obtaining personal identification documents, pursuing employment opportunities, and/or finding emergency shelter/stable housing.

Services include spiritual services, utility bill expense assistance (on individual case basis), rent payment assistance (on individual case basis), mortgage payment assistance (on individual case basis), clothing, shelter, emergency services, character building programs, and offer some hotel assistance if funding allows.
