Veterans Stand Down event provides education and information about Veteran services and benefits to Veterans and their families in the Black Hills region. The event also includes haircuts, clothing, hygiene products, employment services, legal assistance, housing referrals, eye screening/reading glasses, readjustment counseling. A free meal is served at both locations.

Guides soldiers and their families to the help they need through a one-stop call center for veterans. The Sea of Goodwill is one place that will have a list of all the various official and unofficial support services available to help veterans. This program helps veterans find assistance in the areas of; employment, housing, financial assistance, and mental and physical health needs. Available 24 hours per day, the Watertown Police Department 911 Center serves as the call center for the Sea of Goodwill.

Provides the following services - Housing counseling, Credit counseling, Support services and referrals, Veterans' assistance, Homebuyer programs, Rehab assistance, Food security assistance, Small business counseling, Financial literacy and homebuyer education, After school nutrition program, Construction trades and skills training, Coordinating homebuying experience from intake to closing, COVID-19 community food and essentials relief, and Homeless outreach services and relief.

Provides multi and single family financing and development, including: Single family home ownership loans at low market rates to qualified first-time home buyers. Repeat home buyer loan program offers low interest, fixed rate mortgage loans and cash assistance Governors' House Program for income qualified individuals and families. Administers federal programs for development and management of multifamily housing, housing counseling, and homelessness services. Home buyer education Down payment assistance Home improvement loans i.e.. CHIP (Community Home Improvement Program) which is for low income homeowners (limit is 120% of median income) to make repairs or improvements to their home. Interest rate is 2.9%. Administers home-buyer education and other housing programs

Provides housing rental assistance to low-income families, seniors and disabled individuals as well as security deposit assistance.
