A volunteer based organization that collects and processes clothing and household goods for placement in a free-cycling setting resembling a retail store. All items are free; if someone can make a monetary donation, there is a box for that, but it is not required. There are no restrictions as to who may acquire goods from the store as its primary goal is to relieve the stigma of poverty and conserve the earth through recycling. Donations for the thrift store are accepted, except for mattresses or large furniture items such as appliances and large tables.

If an income-eligible person or family cannot afford to purchase the clothing, the Community Service Worker in that county can provide a voucher that allows the person or family to get the clothing at no charge.

Offering a clothing assistance program for citizens returning to the community from prison. Men and women who are within one month of being released from prison may receive three sets of clothing, including shirts, pants, underwear, socks, shoes/work boots, sweatshirt, and more. Prison Transition Backpacks that are full of helpful re-entry resources will be given to each person transitioning out of prison.
