Home Health may be considered for people who are recovering from an illness, injury, or surgery, undergoing treatment, people with disabilities, and those who are chronically ill or terminally ill. Services offered are skilled nursing care, home health aides for personal care, rehabilitation therapy (physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy), social services, patient/family education, medication monitoring, and nutrition consultation.
